I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC #60448396) who is most energized when I’m helping others find their personal sense of empowerment. I have a natural curiosity to understand one’s personal story and I feel honored to hold vulnerable space for others. My therapeutic approach involves guiding my clients on an individualized transformative care plan to unlock self understanding and holistic healing. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as well as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) interventions are great therapeutic tools to expand the mind and explore the inner self. I specialize in helping clients who feel haunted by historical and/or developmental trauma (however you may define “trauma”) and clients who are suffering from chronic health issues including pain and/or illness. My professional background includes over 10 years of experience with suicide prevention, community mental health, private practice, and group practice.
